Your opportunity
Dillon’s Communities and Environment Infrastructure group seeks a Senior Water & Wastewater Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team. You will work on innovative projects nationwide, providing clients with a fully integrated experience. This role is ideal for a motivated leader to help shape our growing team.
We operate as one team. This position is based in our Kitchener, London, or Guelph offices. We offer flexible hours and hybrid work options to support work-life balance.
Responsibilities
What your day will involve:
Business Development
Supporting client relationship maintenance and development, including proposal preparation. Travel to other Dillon offices may be required.
Learning & Development
Committed to ongoing professional growth, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to Dillon’s profile through professional engagement.
Qualifications
- Degree in civil, mechanical, environmental, or chemical engineering.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a professional engineer in Ontario within six months.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in the Canadian water and wastewater sector.
- Strong leadership, project management, and technical expertise.
