Job summary

Black & Veatch in Markham, ON seeks a seasoned Senior Project/Program Manager to lead complex CIP initiatives and represent the owner across design and construction phases. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage risk, and ensure alignment with client priorities in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates offer 9+ years in senior PM roles, relevant certifications (P.E., PgMP, PMP), and a track record of delivering multi-million to multi-hundred million capital projects.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in a senior project and/or program management role (PM, EM, Planning, Project Controls, etc.).
• Ability to lead complex CIP projects and manage multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong communication and governance skills for client and owner representation.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight to project and program managers, construction managers and subcontractors.
• Manage and supervise design/construction by third parties as owner's representative.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to meet client priorities and risk management.
• Prepare and deliver presentations in support of client programs.
• Develops cost estimates and cost management throughout execution.

MSc Eng. or MBA or similar
