Job summary

Lindt Canada is seeking a Senior Warehouse Analyst to optimize warehousing and e-commerce operations. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will drive data-driven decision-making, manage inventory accuracy, and partner with 3PLs to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Strong technical skills and stakeholder communication are essential to influence improvements across the Supply Chain. The role requires experience in DC operations, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and proficiency in Excel/Power BI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DC operations and warehouse management systems.
• E-commerce experience is an asset.
• Experience with perishable goods and 3PL warehouse providers is required.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI for reporting and analysis.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Engage in strategic operational meetings with 3PL partners to assess challenges and improvements.
• Develop roadmaps for improving workflows and processes.
• Align KPIs with directives to measure progress and drive productivity.
• Perform data analyses and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Maintain inventory data accuracy and support inventory count programs.
• Generate reports on KPIs for eCommerce and warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
