Qualifications

• 7+ years designing digital products across web, mobile, and responsive platforms.
• Proven experience leading visual design teams and establishing design standards and processes.
• Strong expertise in creating, evolving, and maintaining scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
• Experience partnering with Product, UX, and Engineering to align goals across complex product ecosystems.
