Job summary

Brandt seeks a Senior Vice President - Venue Operations to lead all venue and event operations across its facilities and entertainment properties.

The role requires strategic leadership, deep experience in live events, and proven ability to manage budgets, staffing, and guest experiences, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, or venue operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational performance.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Experience working in fast-paced live event environments.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Operational Leadership

• Leading all venue and event operations across the organization’s facilities and entertainment properties.

• Supporting facility maintenance, capital improvements, and modernization initiatives.
• Coordinating with facilities, security, and safety teams to ensure operational compliance.
• Monitoring operational budgets and cost management initiatives.

Event Execution

• Overseeing operational planning for concerts, sporting events, conventions, and community events.
• Collaborating with production, security, food & beverage, and guest services teams.
• Ensuring operational excellence before, during, and after events.

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
