A leading outdoor brand seeks a Senior Vice President of Process Operations to provide operational leadership in product creation and go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product lifecycle management and a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams. This role involves strategic planning, team development, and process optimization to enhance product delivery and market alignment.

As Senior Vice President, Process Operations, you provide operational leadership in the execution of Arc’teryx product creation and go-to-market strategy. You build, lead and inspire high-performing product and brand operations teams to deliver on world-class product creation. In partnership with design, development, product management, merchandising, planning, supply chain, commerce, and marketing, you drive the vision and strategic direction to optimize a high performing cross-functional team.
Meet your Future Team :
The Product Operations team optimizes the intersection of product and taking that product to the marketplace, supporting through cross-functional teams to improve alignment, communication, and processes around the product. We build a foundation for excellence through reinforcing product strategy with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices, budgeting, and reporting.

Compensation :
268,000 - $335,000 a year
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$268,000 - CAD$335,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and / or training.
Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and do not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
