Job summary

Madison Group is seeking a Senior Coordinator of VDC/BIM in Toronto to lead BIM implementation across design and construction phases. You will standardize workflows, manage BIM models, and ensure coordination among architects, engineers, and contractors.

The role requires 5+ years in VDC/BIM, strong communication, and leadership skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and training of project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in VDC/BIM management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
• Experience leading BIM coordination across design and construction phases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM standards, workflows, and protocols.
• Oversee BIM models creation, maintenance and compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate BIM into workflows.
• Lead trainings and support for project teams on BIM tools.
• Continuously improve BIM processes and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Mentor and manage the VDC/BIM team and deliver performance feedback.
