Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in a professional services firm would be considered an asset.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• A commitment to pursuing the Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) professional qualification; mentorship provided.
• Strong business modelling and analysis skills.
• Working knowledge of Canadian and International Finance and Accounting concepts and principles.
• Ability to analyze client's information and understand key business drivers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time spent against budget and work with team members to meet deadlines.
• MS Office proficiency including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Participate in valuation and financial analyses across client assignments.
• Apply valuation theories and approaches to develop models and reports.
• Assist in preparing valuation reports for financial reporting, transactions, tax, and litigation.
• Identify issues and propose solutions; contribute to report writing.
