Job Overview

We're seeking a Senior UX Designer to support digital product development through research, prototyping, and testing. You'll follow the Ontario Digital Service design process across four phases : Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research and usability testing

Create prototypes, user journeys, and service blueprints

Work closely with product and development teams using Agile / Scrum

Ensure accessibility and responsive design

Continuously improve the user experience post-launch

Must-Have Skills

3+ years in UX design on complex projects

Strong knowledge of mobile-first and responsive design

Skilled in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision

Experience with user research and accessibility testing

Strong communication and collaboration skills
