Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Content Design, UX Writing or Design Operations.
Experience creating or governing UX content standards, design systems or content frameworks.
Strong understanding of accessibility, WCAG, and inclusive content practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to translate complex information.

Responsibilities

Develop and govern enterprise content design standards, guidelines, patterns, and best practices.
Coordinate user research activities and support knowledge management.
Coordinate vendor activities and manage stakeholder communications.
Support continuous improvement of design operations, templates, repositories, and documentation.
Contribute to accessibility and inclusive design practices within content standards.
