Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Content Design, UX Writing, Design Operations, or a related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Support development, maintenance, and governance of content design standards and guidelines.
- Coordinate user research activities with internal and external partners.
- Coordinate vendor activities, timelines, and communications.
- Support planning, coordination, and tracking of design initiatives and operational activities.
- Develop metrics and reporting to measure adoption and maturity of design practices.
- Onboard and enable teams with governance and standards for UX content.
