Job summary

Lake Shore Gold Corp. in Timmins, Ontario, is seeking a Senior Project Supervisor to lead underground mining construction activities on a 4-3 schedule, coordinating contractor and internal teams to meet safety, production and cost targets.

The role requires relocation to Timmins, with a base salary of $125,000–$135,000 per year, and benefits including medical, pension, life insurance, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years related mining experience.
• 3-5 years Supervising experience.
• Strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track underground project execution safely.
• Oversee contractor and internal interfaces; perform risk assessments and change control.
• Approve timesheets and verify work performed.
• Mitigate and verify delays to keep schedule on track.
• Coordinate underground logistics and support the project plan.
• Assist with QA/QC on new installations.
• Facilitate daily huddles with mining and contractor crews.
• Participate in weekly planning to review performance vs targets.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across stakeholders.
• Provide cost-effective field-work solutions; evaluate alternative methods.
