National Bank of Canada is seeking a Senior Advisor for U.S. Tax Operations within the Tax activities team.

You will lead regulatory and technology integration projects, support business lines and IT teams in decisions and deliverables, and define the scope of processes to optimise with proactive planning. You will model current and target processes, develop analysis methodologies and reliable performance indicators, and advise management on complex U.S.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in a related field and 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience transforming end-to-end business processes in Operations.
• Knowledge of Canadian or U.S. taxation.

• Represent the sector in major regulatory and technology integration projects.
• Support business line partners and IT teams in decisions and deliverables.
• Define the scope of processes to be optimised and proactively plan deliverables.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders and leadership.
• Model current and target processes based on bank practices.
• Develop analysis methodologies and reliable performance indicators.
• Perform detailed, high-level impact analyses on process angles.
• Define and identify test scenarios and support users.
• Propose change management strategies to solution users and coach.
• Advise management on complex U.S. tax issues and IRS certification activities.
