Job summary
LJB Inc. is seeking a Trenchless Rehabilitation Practice Lead to support rapid growth in tunnel and trenchless design and construction management.
The selected candidate will bring 15+ years of trenchless rehab experience and strong communication skills to lead projects and business development across the US and Canada. Responsibilities include technical leadership, proposal development, and delivering complex geotechnical and structural analyses.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of trenchless rehabilitation experience across design and construction.
- Strong ability to plan, design and deliver tunnel and trenchless projects.
- Experience with rehabilitation methods for water and sewer systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform geotechnical engineering for trenchless design and construction.
- Develop calculations and support for CIPP, sliplining, SAPL, and other methods.
- Lead proposals, cost estimates, and schedules; produce technical deliverables.
- Prepare memoranda, letters, and reports independently.
- Drive business development to secure new trenchless projects in US and Canada.
- Communicate complex technical information clearly in meetings and reports.
- Increase firm visibility through regional activity and events.
- Standard office hours; field work may include nights/weekends.
- Mentor junior staff and collaborate across disciplines.
