Job summary

A leading geotechnical consulting firm is looking for a Geotechnical Engineer specializing in Tunneling and Trenchless Technologies. This role is based in British Columbia, with options in Victoria, Vancouver, or Kamloops. The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary degree in Civil or Geological Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field. Responsibilities include conducting investigations, preparing reports, and providing technical leadership. Competitive salary range of $90,000 - $130,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Geotechnical or Geological Engineering.
• Local Canadian experience required, with knowledge of local geology.
• Eligible for membership with EGBC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct geotechnical investigations and design tunnels.
• Prepare Geotechnical Baseline Reports.
• Provide technical support and lead projects.
