• Acts as escalation point for complex transactions.
• Partners with service teams to route calls/documents to complete transactions.
• Interacts with external customers to complete transactions.
• Ensures materials and documentation are available to complete transactions.
• Provides consultation and guidance to internal and external customers.
• Reviews processes and drives improvements and implementation.
• Trains and onboards new hires.
• Reviews transactions for accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Participates in risk mitigation activities.
