Job description

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the VP Finance & Treasurer, the Senior Manager, Treasury is responsible for supporting bank relationships, managing cash and credit facility activities, cash flow forecasting, treasury reporting, and supporting initiatives related to capital structure, financing, and risk management.

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:

• Lead the treasury team in cash management, cash flow forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Support negotiations for debt financing and bank credit facilities.
• Manage A/R securitization funding and related credit insurance.
• Develop ideas to optimize treasury operations and mitigate risks.
• Oversee cash flow and balance sheet forecasting, including budgets and 5-year plans.
• Monitor working capital and implement initiatives to optimize cash flow.
• Review treasury and risk accounting journal entries.
• Ensure compliance with debt covenants and manage related processes.
• Oversee vehicle and equipment leasing programs.
• Manage quarterly compliance and audit certifications.
• Perform credit reviews on major customers periodically.
• Support the implementation of a new Treasury Management System.
• Assist with strategic initiatives on financing and capital structure.
• Support insurance-related processes.

What You’ll Bring:

• CPA, CFA, CTP, or equivalent, with 7+ years in Finance/Treasury.
• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, external funding, planning, analysis, and controls.
• Understanding of accounting principles and experience with SAP.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems.
• Leadership skills and team management experience.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
