Kohl & Frisch Limited in Canada seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Services to manage treasury, payroll accounting and overall finance operations. You will oversee liquidity, banking relations, tax remittance, and regulatory reporting, while driving process improvements and automation.

A university degree in accounting/finance is required with 5+ years in finance, preferably wholesale/distribution.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance/Commerce.
• 5+ years of finance experience, preferably in wholesale/distribution.
• Proven detail-oriented and accurate with urgency to esc.
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Proactive self-starter with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Treasury Management: maintain treasury system and daily transactions; analyse liquidity, loans and cashflow; liaise with banks; report KPIs; maintain covenants; forecast cash.
• Payroll Related Accounting: review payroll submissions, reconcile payroll accounts, labour reporting, workers compensation payments, T4s, pension statements.
• Other: file and remit taxes, manage audits, regulatory reporting, records management, ad hoc tasks.
