Parsons Canada is seeking a senior transportation project manager to lead highway and transportation projects in Alberta and Western Canada, with a focus on Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors (TEC). You will balance governance with strategic leadership and act as PM on major projects while mentoring others.

The role emphasizes client engagement, proactive opportunity shaping, and delivering on-time, on-budget results, with travel within Alberta and collaboration with the Business

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related project execution and program management in transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and P.Eng. with APEGA registration.
• Experience with Alberta Transportation and TEC projects.
• Willingness to travel within Alberta.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as Project Manager on major transportation projects and oversee other PMs.
• Grow and manage Parsons' Alberta Transportation and TEC portfolio with proactive client engagement.
• Lead proposals, develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and participate in client debriefs.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, risk management, and change control.
• Plan and confirm resourcing with Business Development.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff; act as functional manager.
• Represent Parsons at industry events and CEA Transportation Committee.
