Job summary

Cardinal Health Canada is seeking a Sr. Coordinator on-site at the Applewood-Vaughan location to support the Concord Transportation Dispatch team. You will manage private fleet dispatching, route modifications, email flow, and prioritization of orders for operations.

The role requires a minimum 3 years’ related experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with JD Edwards (AS/400) or SAP is a plus. Collaboration and adaptability are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field (commercial carriers or private fleet).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, One Note).
• Prior experience with JD Edwards (AS/400), SAP considered an asset.

• Communicating with internal & external stakeholders.
• Managing Email at NSC and Applewood.
• Dispatching Private-Fleet operations.
• Modifying routes and expediting urgent shipping requests.
• Managing order traffic into priority sequence for Operations processing.
