thyssenkrupp Elevator in Canada seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-project transformations across Canada, collaborating with U.S.-based IT, Operations, Finance, HR and business stakeholders.

The role requires 12+ years of PM experience, governance-focused execution, and skills in Lean/Agile methods, change management, and risk mitigation. Occasional travel within Canada and to the USA is expected.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives and leaders to develop, execute, and implement projects and priorities.
• Maintain governance, scope, timelines, and milestones.
• Incorporate change management into implementations.
• Escalate risks and issues promptly with stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed project plans and RAID logs (Smartsheets or similar).
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives.
• Drive Lean and Agile improvements.
• Manage resources, budgets, and on-time delivery.
• Define KPIs and monitor project success.
• Lead change initiatives and manage stakeholder expectations.
