Job summary

Cenovus Energy is seeking a Senior Transformation Analyst in Calgary to join the Business Transformation team. You will help map current and future state processes, document roadmaps, and support the creation of business cases with a focus on value and KPI tracking.

The role emphasizes collaboration with BOMs, PMs, and AI developers to identify where data, technology, and AI can drive cost efficiency and strategic impact across domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years of progressive experience in a complex organization.
• Experience documenting roadmaps, business cases and value metrics.
• Knowledge of data platforms and ERP systems, with ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Participate in workshops to document roadmaps, map constraints and dependencies across teams.
• Support BOMs to create and document business cases and data-readiness requirements.
• Document where AI can add value in conjunction with roadmaps or as standalone use cases.
