Qualifications

• Exposure to mergers and acquisitions or international tax is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support tax due diligence and transaction advisory across buy- and sell-side deals.
• Analyze acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate transactions for tax implications.
• Identify tax risks and opportunities; translate findings into practical insights.
• Prepare tax research and analyses to support transaction recommendations.
• Coordinate engagement activities; manage workstreams and deliverables.
• Assist in developing tax-efficient structuring aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate across teams and build client relationships.
