Qualifikationen

• BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years testing and troubleshooting complex mechanical systems.
• 5+ years in project teams with external and internal customers.
• +5 years experience with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems with data acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of fluid power and electrical schematics.
• Strong organizational skills and analytical thinking.

Aufgaben

• Validate injection molding machines by bridging control, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Develop and execute test plans and validation procedures.
• Trend and analyze data from various computer systems to identify failures.
• Support product launches and cross-functional teams.
• Lead improvements to validation processes and procedures.
• Create reports and presentations of test results and conclusions.
• Collaborate with service, manufacturing, and production test teams.
• Contribute to risk assessments and design reviews.
