Qualifications

• 6+ years of test engineering experience.
• Deep technical mastery of analog, digital, and RF circuits.
• Hands-on experience with VNA, spectrum analyzer and signal generator.
• Bachelor’s or higher in a relevant engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Architect and validate advanced functional, in-circuit, and system-level test solutions for existing products and NPI.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians on high-impact projects.
• Perform root-cause analysis, analyze yield data, and troubleshoot test equipment to maximize efficiency.

The Mission:

• Innovate & Launch: Architect and validate advanced functional, in-circuit, and system-level test solutions for existing products and NPI.
• Lead & Mentor: Serve as the technical anchor, guiding junior engineers and technicians on high-impact projects.
• Solve & Optimize: Master root-cause analysis, analyze yield data, and troubleshoot complex test equipment to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate: Partner directly with cross-functional teams and premier global customers.
• BSEE, BSIE, or BSQET degree + 6+ years of test engineering experience.
• Deep technical mastery of analog, digital, and RF circuits (plus hands-on VNA, spectrum analyzer, and signal generator experience).
• Expertise in simulation/design software and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Bonus: Experience in PCB manufacturing, AS9100/ISO environments, Lean, or 6-Sigma.
