Job Description

Stathera is looking for a Senior Test Development Engineer to join our team. We encourage enthusiastic candidates with Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degrees in relevant engineering fields who are interested in working on innovative projects to apply.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development of Stathera’s Final Testing for integrated products, ASIC, and post-silicon characterization. They will gain exposure to the full product development cycle and work closely with Stathera’s CSI team on projects related to MEMS-based timing devices and electronic circuits, utilizing hardware and software tools.

The Senior Test Development Engineer will report to the VP of Systems Engineering and work full-time (40 hours/week) on-site in Montreal, Canada.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

1. Develop ATE Test Solutions
2. Launch Product Test Solution to OSAT
3. Improve and optimize high-volume testing and yield
4. Design and develop bench validation hardware and software
5. Supervise product testing based on specifications
6. Assist in developing embedded systems and firmware
7. Analyze data and generate reports

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience developing solutions on ATE platforms, proficiency in C, C++, or VB
• Experience with ETS-88/365 is a plus
• Experience with tri-temperature handlers is an asset
• Strong background in analog electronics design and analysis
• Proficient in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro
• Knowledge of embedded systems and programming
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C++, or MATLAB
• Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively

DESIRED SKILLS

• Background in analog and mixed-signal electronics and measurement systems
• Experience with MEMS technology is a bonus
