Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise experience on the Zoom telephony platform.
• Ability to navigate complex Zoom Tenant for troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting complex on‑premise Cisco solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively.
• Experience with Zoom Voice/Video Cloud (UCaaS), NICE CC, Cisco on-prem, Speakerbus and IPC Turret Trade Desk telephony, plus networking.

Responsibilities

New and genuine role for an experienced Senior Telecommunications Engineer to join a team of a global financial services company.

Reporting to an inspiring Head of Technology Infrastructure, the role is to be responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day operations, technical design, planning, and implementation of the advanced telecommunications infrastructure within the company environment.

Requirements

• Extensive enterprise experience on the Zoom telephony platform
• Can confidently navigate a complex Zoom Tenant for both provisioning and troubleshooting voice and video
• Experience with large‑scale migrations from other PBX solutions to Zoom
• Ability to work autonomously effectively
• Experience supporting Zoom Voice and Video Cloud solutions (UCaaS), NICE Contact Center, complex on‑premise Cisco solutions, as well as Speakerbus and IPC Turret Trade Desk telephony; networking (firewall, switching/routing, collaboration/telephony)
