Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Administrator to manage, secure, and support OCI and Oracle Fusion Cloud environments. The role covers OCI administration, IAM, Fusion Security, monitoring, network admin, governance, and audit support across ERP, SCM, HCM, PPM, EPM, and Integration Cloud landscapes.

The candidate should have 11+ years in IT, be within commuting distance of Mississauga, Canada, and is able to travel within Canada.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required; consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.

Responsabilidades

• Administer OCI environments across Production, Test, and Development.
• Troubleshoot OCI connectivity between Oracle Cloud and on-premise systems.
• Monitor OCI resources, compute, storage, performance, and availability.
• Manage backups, storage allocation, file systems, and capacity planning.
• Coordinate OCI patching, upgrades, and maintenance with Oracle Support.
• Raise and manage Oracle SRs for OCI issues and enhancements.
• Design and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud security architecture.
• Create and manage users, roles, and data access controls in Fusion Security.
• Provision user access based on approved requests; manage SoD and access reviews.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Administer Oracle Identity Cloud Service and IAM; configure SSO and MFA.
• Manage privileged and emergency access; support audits and access reviews.

• Manage privileged access and emergency access procedures.

• Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.

Identity Management

• Administer Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) / Oracle IAM.

• Configure Single Sign-On (SSO), MFA, and federation integrations.

• Provision role-based access controls for business and IT users.

• Manage user lifecycle processes and identity governance activities.

• Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues.

Security Compliance & Audit

• Generate reports related to user access, login activity, and security audits.

• Monitor successful and unsuccessful login attempts.

• Support internal and external audit requests.

• Identify security risks and recommend mitigation controls.

• Participate in compliance assessments and security reviews

• Strong knowledge of BIP, OTBI, VBCS / VBS, SQL, PL/SQL, Personalization in Redwood UI, Oracle SaaS APIs, and cloud architecture.

• Experience with JavaScript, XSLT, XML, JSON, and SQL.

• Familiarity with Oracle Visual Builder, Process Automation, and ATP/ADW is a plus.

• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Maintain documentation for extensions, data conversion and deployment processes.

• Ensure compliance with security standards, data governance, and best practices.

• Hands‑on analysis, design, testing, implementation, and post‑implementation experience.
