Responsibilities

Infosys is looking for a seasoned Oracle cloud RMCS Lead with experience in Oracle Fusion Applications. The Oracle Cloud RMCS Solution Lead is responsible for leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring successful delivery of supply chain solutions. This role involves managing client engagements, designing complex RMCS solutions, and coordinating across functional and technical teams. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for requirement discussions with clients, drive process workshops, drive testing cycles like SIT & UAT, manage and control technical development, deployment, SIT/UAT defects resolution, production incidents support. In this role, the candidate will interact with client's business SMEs, process consultants, IT teams from other modules to understand and analyze the requirements and ensure timely and quality delivery of the tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga , Canada or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in Canada.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Required Skills:

• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud RMCS modules.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
• Experience in solution design, architecture, and project leadership.
• Candidate needs to have prior experience in leading of the following areas – Fusion Finance , RMCS
• Experience in at least 2 full‑fledged implementations of Oracle cloud application
• Experience in Requirements gathering and come up with solution design.
• Coordination with other tracks for delivery of end-to-end business processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
• Configure RMCS modules including: Customer Contracts/Performance Obligations/
• Revenue Allocation/Revenue Recognition/Contract Modifications/Revenue Reporting.
• Design revenue recognition rules and accounting treatments based on business requirements.
• Integrate RMCS with Oracle Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Subscription Management, Projects, CPQ, and third-party systems.
• Prepare functional design documents, solution design documents, and configuration workbooks.
• Support data conversion, reconciliation, and migration activities.
• Conduct UAT sessions and provide user training.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, extensions, reports, and OTBI requirements.
• Provide post‑production support and troubleshoot revenue accounting issues.
• Ensure compliance with ASC 606, IFRS 15, and organizational accounting policies.
• Participate in client workshops, solution demonstrations, and business process design sessions.
• Experience managing team size of 5+ resources.
• Work collaboratively with offshore team to build solutions and execute business scenarios.
• Engage with different stakeholders to drive various outcomes, ability to understand the core functional requirements and deliver the outcome in a way that scales across all businesses.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:

Ontario- 92740 to $ 105007
