Job summary

Prenuvo is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter for a 6-month fully remote contract across North America. You will own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, AI/ML, data, and product, from intake to offer, using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter with minimal onboarding.

You will screen candidates for Python, Go, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, and cloud infrastructure expertise, partner with leaders on scope and timelines, and lead a high-touch candidate experience through to offer.

Qualifications

6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
Experience managing 8–12+ concurrent requisitions across functions and geographies.
Technical fluency: discuss languages/frameworks/architecture (e.g., Python, Java, Go, TS/JS, React, Swift/Kotlin).
Hands-on expertise in Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter from day one.
Experience in regulated/high-compliance industries preferred.

Responsibilities

Run full-cycle recruiting for 8–12+ concurrent requisitions across Engineering, AI/ML, Data, and Product.
Partner with engineering/product leaders to scope roles and timelines.
Build sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and referrals.
Conduct technical screens to assess depth across languages and architectures.
Own requisition lifecycle in Greenhouse from intake to reporting.
