Confidential is building the next generation of AI-powered information services in Canada. We are growing fast and seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter who can scale our technical hiring and help shape our AI-driven organization.

You will partner with engineering and product leaders to identify, attract, and hire senior AI, ML, and software engineering talent, delivering an outstanding candidate experience in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring AI talent, including AI Engineers and ML Engineers.
• Proficient in proactive sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI recruiting tools.
• Strong understanding of the generative AI technology landscape and candidate engagement.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

In this Role, You Will:

• Recruit for senior technical roles across AI, Software Engineering, DevOps, Product, and more!
• Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to understand business priorities, develop recruitment strategies, and build exceptional technical teams.
• Identify highly specialized talent through unique sourcing strategies for critical roles, including AI Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Applied Scientists, LLM Engineers, Data Engineers, and other emerging technology roles.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while managing multiple searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Leverage recruiting data and market research to influence hiring decisions.
• Contribute to recruiting initiatives that strengthen employer brand, improve processes, and support continued organizational growth.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring AI talent, including AI Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Generative AI, or LLM-focused professionals.
• Deep expertise in proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence platforms, and modern AI recruiting tools.
• Strong understanding of the generative AI technology landscape and the ability to engage technical candidates with credibility.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
