Job summary

Irth Solutions seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of its integrated asset integrity and risk platform within the PMO, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Infrastructure, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience.

You will own the integrated delivery plan, schedule, budget, dependencies, risks, governance, and executive reporting to ensure business outcomes and phase-gate commitments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing complex software, technology, or data-platform programs.
• 3+ years leading multi-workstream programs with executive visibility.
• End-to-end ownership of schedule, budget, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes.
• Experience in regulated environments with audit trails, documentation, and traceability.
• Strong Agile delivery at scale with phase-gated governance.
• Experience with executive dashboards and status reporting.
• Cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, Data, QA, Infrastructure, Commercial, and Customer Experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience managing external customer, partner, or design-partner commitments.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated master project plan across workstreams.
• Manage phase-gate milestones, release dates, and critical-path activities.
• Lead weekly delivery cadence and reviews.
• Maintain a single source of truth for program status and milestones.
• Track budget and vendor spend; flag variances early.
• Document decision logs and governance materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional blockers and escalation.
• Prepare executive updates and steering committee materials.
• Incorporate feedback from customer design partners into delivery.
• Deliver go-to-market readiness plans.
