We're seeking an experienced, motivated Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee high-visibility programs and streamline processes for building customer and merchant products. As our products grow in complexity, our program management practices must evolve accordingly. You will help develop processes and frameworks for quality software development and evaluate new technologies to enhance features and products.

What You’ll Do

• Drive complex, multi-disciplinary, and highly visible technical programs to expand our consumer product suite and platform capabilities.
• Coordinate with engineering and non-engineering stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle, including requirements planning, risk identification, schedule management, and clear communication.
• Understand technical implementation at the architecture level, propose alternatives, clarify priorities, and develop technical knowledge.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams for planning, risk management, and alignment across the company.
• Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks, communicate status to management, and motivate project teams to achieve goals.

What We Look For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of proven experience managing technical programs.

• Successful track record with large technology applications and distributed backend systems.

• Salary Range : $125,000 - $175,000 annually
