Job summary

Miovision in Kitchener, Ontario, is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager - Product Development to drive end-to-end delivery of flagship hardware-software-intelligence products. You will serve as the central traffic controller, aligning engineering, product, operations, and go-to-market teams to ship connected devices with quality and speed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, end-to-end product programs across hardware, firmware, software and operations.
• Strong systems thinking and technical depth across hardware/software domains.
• Proven ability to integrate product delivery from concept to launch.
• Experience building integrated master schedules and risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct flagship delivery across hardware, firmware, cloud software, and operations.
• Build integrated master plans linking architecture, validation, release, and launch milestones.
• Unify cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Quality, and GTM.
• Drive risk mitigation and resolve bottlenecks before launches.
• Enforce readiness criteria for pilot builds and commercial releases.
• Elevate program governance with structured reviews and logs.
