Job summary

Guidepoint Global, LLC. is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive delivery across AI Platform and Data Products. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Sales, and Client Service to execute strategic programs, including AI-powered workflows, MCP, APIs, and data platforms.

You will shape roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and ensure successful launches across multiple workstreams from our Toronto hybrid office.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Product Management.
• Experience working with software engineering teams to deliver technical products or platform initiatives.
• Hands-on experience managing API, integration, SaaS platform, and data products.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, prioritization, roadmap planning, release management, testing, and launch readiness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps across multiple initiatives.
• Write detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria; work with engineering to estimate, sequence, and deliver features.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and technical complexity.
• Translate requirements into project plans, milestones, and execution strategies.
