Job summary

Sanctuary AI in Vancouver seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to orchestrate hardware programs from prototype through early production. You will establish rhythm, align teams, and ensure milestones are credible.

You will collaborate across mechanical, electrical, controls, software, test, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations to deliver measurable progress. This hands-on role requires clear ownership, timely decisions, and traceable changes across PLM and manufacturing

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical or hardware project/program management.
• Experience moving electromechanical products from prototype to pilot or production.
• Robotics or heavy hardware experience preferred.
• Knowledge of product development processes, NPI, design reviews, and ramp.
• Experience with PLM, configuration management, ECO/ECN, BOM control, revision control, and MFG workflows.
• Strong communication of risks, tradeoffs, and decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, PM, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Create the operating rhythm to move hardware programs from prototype to early production.
• Coordinate across mechanical, electrical, controls, software, test, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations.
• Ensure milestones are credible, risks surfaced early, and decisions are timely.
• Establish clear ownership, entry/exit criteria, and decision records for each phase.
• Maintain traceability of changes across PLM, ERP, BOMs, and supplier work instructions.
