Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project planning, implementation, and product development.
• Strong knowledge of electronic hardware and firmware design.
• Ability to execute multiple projects in parallel with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet with vendors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate documentation of technical and functional product requirements.
• Maintain a record of all project documentation.
• Clearly define project scope, deliverables, tasks, and responsibilities.
• Estimate and manage project budgets and timelines.
• Identify internal and external resource requirements and responsibilities.
• Coordinate activities of shared internal resources based on project schedules and priorities.
• Monitor and control projects from start to completion, including milestones and gate reviews.
• Communicate project status with weekly project status reports.
• Travel to meet with external vendors as necessary.
• Act as the primary Paradigm contact with external vendors for all technical matters.
• Manage and communicate project/product scope changes to all stakeholders.
• Monitor ECN changes after product release to production and provide ongoing technical support.
• Perform other duties as assigned, which may include hardware design, firmware design, or other project management duties.
