Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Technical Manager, Commercial Management in Canada to lead commercial governance and delivery excellence across major infrastructure projects. You will mentor teams, optimize profitability, and steer contract negotiations with clients and vendors.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders to embed best practices, manage high-value contracts, and drive sustainable growth for WSP's Canada operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial management on large infrastructure or professional services projects.
• Strong contract interpretation, negotiation, claims management and risk mitigation skills.
• Ability to support executives and stakeholders to meet commercial objectives.
• Track record of managing high-value contracts in multidisciplinary environments.
• Financial acumen with forecasting and cost control experience.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $162,200 – $212,200

MB & ON: $148,000 – $198,000

NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $146,500 – $194,600
