Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Technical Manager, Commercial Management in Toronto to shape the commercial success of major infrastructure projects. You will guide contract administration, negotiations, and governance while mentoring high-performing teams and strengthening client relationships.

You will drive risk management, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement to deliver sustainable growth across WSP’s business.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading commercial management on large infrastructure, engineering, construction, or professional services projects.
• Expertise in contract interpretation, negotiation, claims management, and commercial risk mitigation.

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $162,200 – $212,200

MB & ON: $148,000 – $198,000

NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $146,500 – $194,600 [
