Job summary

Mphasis in Canada is seeking a dynamic Senior Technical Lead to guide technology operations and oversee multiple initiatives. You will manage cross-functional teams, align deliverables with client objectives, and design scalable solutions.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on architecture experience are essential. The role focuses on cloud platforms, Kubernetes, AI/ML tooling, and modern DevOps practices to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of overall IT/OT and development experience.
• Minimum 5 years demonstrating technical team handling and/or overseeing deliverables.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Provide innovative and cost-effective solutions across cloud, AI/ML, and data platforms.
• Oversee Cloud Platforms: GCP, solution design and architecture.
• Ensure no deliverable delays and complete tasks on time.
• Monitor and support engineering teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Leverage AI/ML & Generative AI: Vertex AI, Gemini, Document AI, BigQuery ML, MLOps, Enterprise AI Strategy.
• Manage Kubernetes & orchestration: GKE, EKS, AKS, OpenShift, Helm, ArgoCD.
• Implement DevOps & CI/CD: GitLab, GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, Jenkins, Binary Authorization.

Years Of Experience Needed

• Safe Agile certification added advantage
