Achievers is seeking a Senior Technical Enablement Manager in Toronto. You will design and scale enablement programs for solutions consultants, sales, and post-sales teams, building on-ramp and continuous learning experiences, playbooks, and certifications.
You will partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM to ensure field teams can position, design, and deliver Achievers and Workday‑integrated solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers.
As a Senior Technical Enablement Manager, you will design and scale enablement programs that elevate technical capability across our solutions consultants, sales, and post‑sales teams. You'll build on-ramp and continuous learning experiences, create technical playbooks and certifications, and partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM to ensure field teams can confidently position, design, and deliver Achievers solutions to both mid‑market and enterprise customers. This role is critical to field productivity, ramp velocity, and our ability to win in a competitive market.
