Myticas Consulting Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant / Software Engineer III (Team Lead) to drive the technical delivery of complex enterprise SaaS implementations in banking and financial technology.

The role blends hands-on engineering with solution design, product configuration, APIs, data, and client-facing consulting. You will mentor junior engineers, lead technical design and reviews, ensure security, scalability, and operability, and oversee deployments across multiple

Qualifications

Progressive software engineering and enterprise SaaS delivery experience.
Experience at Senior/Lead/Technical Lead level with client-facing delivery.
Ability to design, implement, and govern end-to-end technical solutions for banking/FinTech.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical delivery for complex modules and engineering squads.
Own technical planning, estimation, risks, and delivery commitments.
Provide hands-on leadership across backend, API, integration, data processing, testing, and deployment.
Review designs, data mappings, and implementation plans with cross-functional teams.
Mentor junior engineers and consultants, driving engineering discipline and knowledge sharing.
Lead deployments across Development, QA, UAT, and staging environments.
