Senior Technical Artist- Cinematics

The Marketing Cinematics group is a content production team within EA Studios who produce the highest quality marketing assets, trailers, and commercials. We are a diverse team unified through collaboration, culture, and craft.
Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Technical Artist to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong problem-solving mentality and will be fearless in the face of new technologies and tools. You will be mostly working on setting up production-ready environments and presets on a game engine, dealing with multiple 3D assets and workflows including characters, scenery, cameras, animation, lights, VFX, and rendering.
You will work alongside a creative team of artists to ensure our marketing assets are delivered to the highest quality and compete on a world-class level. You will have the responsibility to support our artists and make sure they can be as creative and productive as possible so that technical problems do not stand in their way. You may also contribute to shot layout, technical application, and general cinematic content production to achieve the final creative vision as set forward by your Art/Creative Director. You will report to the Senior Technology Lead.
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors. BASE SALARY RANGES: $89,300 - $123,000 CAD
