Job summary

RedMane Technology LLC in Vancouver offers a full-time Technical Architect role with hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 remote). You will drive architecture for our low-code SaaS product, mentor developers, and lead design sessions in an Agile/Scrum team.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, architecture, and scalability, with 8+ years in software and leadership, and a culture focused on collaboration, integrity, and delivering value for clients across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience as a full stack developer.
• 2+ years of engineering leadership, in a C#, .NET, SQL Server environment.
• 2+ years in enterprise platforms for custom solutions, preferably cloud/Azure.
• Experience using AI in software development.
• Led teams of 5-10 developers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Envision innovative solutions for complex problems using solid software engineering principles.
• Lead technical design sessions, prototypes, and proofs-of-concept.
• Hands-on analysis, design, and development to enable scalability and interoperability.
• Collaborate with project manager to remove obstacles and ensure timely releases.
• Mentor team members in design, coding practices, and policies.
• Contribute to software development standards and best practices.
• Verify all completed work meets engineering standards.
