RBC is seeking a skilled Mobile Support Specialist to provide second and third level support for mobility infrastructure across RBC units in Canada. The role emphasizes resolving iOS/Android issues, Mac OS support, and proactive collaboration with internal partners to address incident trends and improve processes.
