Job summary

A leading change management firm is looking for a Sr. Manager, Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting. This remote position within Canada requires a minimum of 10 years in accounting, strong technical expertise in U.S. GAAP, and proven leadership in complex financial reporting. Responsibilities include managing technical accounting for major transactions, leading compliance initiatives, and collaborating with multiple departments. The base salary ranges from $120k to $145k CAD, with eligibility for bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Significant technical accounting responsibility is required.
• Proven independence in a senior role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical accounting authority for complex transactions.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to interpret accounting guidance.
