Job summary

Airbyte is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to elevate customer success and drive adoption of Airbyte products across enterprise clients. You will collaborate with GTM, Product, and Engineering to refine onboarding, implementation, and growth experiences, while guiding customers through technical journeys and ensuring satisfaction.

You will lead complex technical projects, provide hands‑on support, and advise on integrating AI agent frameworks and LLM tooling into client data stacks.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a customer‑facing technical role.
• Hands‑on Kubernetes experience in production environments.
• 2+ years in a startup environment in data infrastructure or related fields.
• Hands‑on experience with one or more AI frameworks.
• Exposure to AI agent frameworks is a strong plus.
• Track record of supporting products that improve business productivity.
• Exceptional customer orientation with onboarding and technical success focus.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer technical projects including implementation and deployment of Airbyte solutions.
• Guide customers through their journey with hands‑on support.
• Troubleshoot production Kubernetes workloads, networking, storage, and resource issues.
• Troubleshoot SQL, CDC, replication, and data movement issues.
• Troubleshoot REST APIs, authentication (OAuth, API keys, JWT), webhooks, and JSON.
• Advise customers on integrating LLM‑based tooling with Airbyte connectors.
• Collaborate with sales and cross‑functional teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Be internal source of truth for customer requirements and needed functionalities.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to surface customer needs and influence the roadmap.
• Demonstrate Airbyte usage and best practices at events and with clients.
• Promote Airbyte’s mission and AI‑ready data architectures.
• Create technical content showcasing Airbyte capabilities.
