Job summary

AMARIS GROUP SA in Mississauga, Ontario, is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive AI-powered Digital Pathology solutions in a fast-paced healthcare setting. You will bridge business, clinical, engineering and data science teams, translating strategy into concrete technical requirements for prototypes and final products on the Digital Pathology Platform.

The role requires 5+ years in technical product management in healthcare or AI/ML, plus agile experience (Scrum/SAFe).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Computational Biology, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of Technical Product Management in healthcare or AI/ML computer vision.
Proven track record with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe.
Demonstrated PM skills: prioritization, quality, conflict and risk management.

Responsibilities

Translate product strategy into detailed scientific requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering and data science teams.
Serve as the voice of the customer for the product development team throughout the lifecycle.
Collaborate with customers, team members, and influencers to understand evolving needs.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the digital pathology market, product portfolio, and competitive landscape.
Serve as a high-availability resource for questions from engineers, data scientists, and designers about backlog stories.
Author user stories, acceptance criteria, and product and software requirements documentation.
Support User Acceptance Testing and prepare release notes.
