As Senior Talent Management Advisor, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent across a diverse range of roles in the Temerty Faculty of Medicine and the Dalla Lana School of Public Health. Your exceptional customer service skills will be crucial in navigating the demands of a fast-moving client portfolio with agility and focus, all while delivering a seamless, high-quality candidate experience. Harnessing your strong planning and organizational skills, you will also play an instrumental role in the design and delivery of professional development programming, events and resources aimed at supporting our administrative staff.
