Job summary

BC Transit in Victoria, BC is seeking a Senior Systems Support Technician to join our IT team. This full-time regular role requires on-site work two days per week and offers a salary range aligned with MoveUP wage scales.

Placement in the salary range is determined by knowledge, skills, and ability to meet key requirements; in exceptional cases, candidates may be hired above the recruitment range with agreement from the Union. Closing date: 10/04/2026.

Senior Systems Support Technician

Monthly Salary Range: MOVEUP_12_TMA, MIN $8,786.00- MAX $10,540.00 is available through annual general wage/step increases.
Recruitment Range: MIN $8,786.00– STEP 3 $9,756.

Placement in the salary range is determined by an assessment of knowledge, skills, experience and ability of the candidate to meet the key requirements of the job. In exceptional cases, candidates may be hired above the recruitment range, provided agreement is reached with the Union.
